Initiate Request
Log into your Neerus account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the garment is unwashed and unworn with original tags attached, then securely pack it in the original box to prevent damage during transit.
Pickup or Drop-off
Our courier partner will arrive for a doorstep pickup within 48 hours, or you can choose to drop off the package at any authorized Neerus retail outlet.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
